Thirty-one PAX appeared out of the gloom Monday morning for our weekly F3 Fetzer workout, including visitor Baby Ruth from the Southern Pines F3 battalion. After warmup of SSH x 25, IW x 10, prisoner squats x 10, arm circles front and back x 10, Parker Peters x 10, merkins x10 and SSH x 10, we migrated to the IM field in front of Carmichael Auditorium and split into two groups.

Adolpus led one group in a Four Corners circuit for 15 minutes, sprinting from one corner of the soccer field to the next, pausing at each for an exercise, i.e., merkins, Carolina dry docks, LBCs, WWIIs, squats, etc., the sprint broken up on occasion with a bear crawl to the next corner.

Meanwhile, Shooter and his group circled with a dozen or pieces of heavy metal. While the lead dog in the center did 12 burpees, each Pax did an exercise: one-armed rows left and right, bicep curls, overhead presses, kettlebell swings, goblet squats, merkins, LBCs, jump lunges, renegade rows, rotating through so that each man did burpees and each Pax visited each station.

Then we flipped it up, Adolphus leading his group in Heavy Metal and Shooter escorting his men through the Four Corners.

Mary consisted of partner sit-ups, two minute sets for each and then one minute sets for each.
