3 man Indian run down Dover, right on Chester, left on Lewis circle, and halt at Fairview.
Partner up for “catch me if you can”. Run up Fairview to Canterbury, turn around at Canterbury, head back down and up Fairview, and halt at the parking lot. 5 burpees each time you get tagged out.

-3rd F dinner Nov 3rd. Only 21 have signed up. Goal is to get 50 people signed up
-Matlock from F3 Greenville spoke up about the thousands of people that have been forced out of their homes. F3 men down there has stepped up and volunteered to help restore the homes. Talks of putting together a crew of F3 Raleigh men to go down there and serve one Saturday.

-Solid group this morning. 16 is a perfect number. Can do groups of 4(although I am a slow and chose 3 man groups), 2 man teams, 8 man teams, etc. Young guns led the charge; Pepe, Postfontaine, E*trade and Potato. Never underestimate the fairview climbs up to canterbury and oberlin. Really enjoyed coming up with a workout for this AO. So many different places you can go to and hills to add to the mix.
