The Thang

BLIMPS around the soccer fields.

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Lunges
  • 15 Imperial Walkers
  • 20 Merkins
  • 25 Plank Jacks
  • 30 Squats

Increased rep count by 5 for each exercise each time through, early finishers on the plank or Al Gore for the 6.  3 Rounds total

Dora 1-2-3s

PAX partnered up and gathered at the top of the parking lot. 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBCs.  Partners alternated running down to the stop sign and back up the hill and cumulatively working towards the rep counts.  Once finished PAX took another jog up and down the hill and planked out for the 6.


50 flutter kicks IC with alternating tempos.  Props to PAX who stuck it out to #50.
