Jog around to the Community Center parking lot and circle up. Franklin felt the start was a little too fast for his liking; but since Billy was up front YHC determined we were good.

Lots of good mumble chatter along here by the PAX, but YHC was so busy counting to three he missed it.
Jog around the back of the Community Center and return to the front of the parking lot four some Four Corners – 10 reps each corner of the parking lot. YHC determined we should get as wet as we can.

Superman Pulses – little more grumbling here, but YHC achieved his goal: there was no more grumbling about being wet after this

Jog down the road and down the hill and circle up at the kiosk

Jog out into the field of gloom
Tunnel of Love – lots of complaining of shoulder burn by the PAX this point
20 Navy Seal Situps – again, Callahan missed feeling MaBell’s guns

Jog back to the kiosk and Bear Crawl up the paved path. The shoulders loved this, especially the slick spots.
Jog to the corner and group up for a Billy Run back to the Senior Center parking lot.
