25, 20, 15, 10, 5 exercises at each stops (75 total)
3 rounds: Burpees, LBCs, Merkins
Plank between sets w/ Nipplers, Low Plank Hold, Makhtar N’Diayes

The Tornado
Jog back to the park and continue to the back lot, partner up
Partner 1 sprints around the circle twice
Partner 2 does AMRAP exercises
Partner totals of 100 Dying Cockroaches, 200 LBCs, 300 Squats

High Life shared a story from his recent travels to western Europe, where his tour guide (in mid-tour) fell to the ground and stopped breathing. Several nearby tourists sprang into action and began CPR. Then, even as she still wasn’t breathing, they refused to give up. When the medics finally arrived, they were able to revive her. Be ready. Never give up.

Strong work by all of the PAX on a day we didn’t sit still long.
