I didn’t really have a good title for this until Peace Pipe posted a great Eight is Enough picture on twitter – thank you sir!
Almost one year ago I had my first Q at Crucible – so it seemed like a good time to bring that workout back out. It sucked just as bad as I remember. 17 PAX woke up and entered the gloom to cooler temperatures. No FNGs, so we got right to it.

THE THANG
Mosey over to the path by the shelter. YHC would call an exercise, PAX would run about a third of the way around the path, stop and perform 8 reps of the exercise, continue to about two-thirds of the way around, stop and do 8 more reps of said exercise, continue to starting point, and do 8 more reps of said exercise, then plank hold until everyone finishes. Repeato until all PAX finish 8 laps. Exercises performed were:
