A pax of 11 men had the courage to brave the icy conditions at true grit.

warm up: side straddle hops x25, good mornings x25, mountain climbers x25, merkins x25

Jog past soccer field to the top of the lake where we did an unusually long bear crawl across the top of the lake.

Jog to the wooden wall where did people’s chair and declined merkins.

We jogged around the lake, slow shuffle across icy bridges, and stopped 4 different locations for the following exercises; merkins x15, lbc’s x15, nipplers x15, ski abs x15
