- 1 Lap around track All You Got, Usain Bolt style, Meet at Upper Picnic Tables
- The Dip x 25
- Box Jumps x 12 OYO
- Irkin x 25
- Repeat the above 3 exercises 2 more times for a total of 3 sets.
- Recover on the jog to the playground, 6 pullups each, continue running back to tennis courts.
