Several pax showed up at Mutiny to start the week off right.  After gathering in the parking lot, here is how it went down.

  • Jog down around lower loop then back to track for 4 Corner Warm Up.
  • SSH x 25 IC, sprint to next corner
  • Imperial Walker x 25 IC, bear crawl the turn to next corner
  • Standard Merkin x 25,sprint to next corner
  • Air Squared x 25 IC, bear crawl the turn
  • 1 Lap around track All You Got, Usain Bolt style, Meet at Upper Picnic Tables
  • The Dip x 25
  • Box Jumps x 12 OYO
  • Irkin x 25
  • Repeat the above 3 exercises 2 more times for a total of 3 sets.
  • Recover on the jog to the playground, 6 pullups each, continue running back to tennis courts.

  • Suicides, Every Line on the Tennis Court
  • Circle Up for Mary, everyone calls an exercise
  • Heels to Heaven x 20 IC (Deadbolt)

  • WW1 Situps x 20 OYO (Scandal)
  • Plank-o-rama 10 count around the horn (Ranger Rick)
