On a cold damp morning at Disney, YHC was honored to take over as Site Q.
We took off on the jog to the large parking lot for a classic warmup:
SSH, Fazio Arm Circles (front and back), Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers (with accidental VQ style hybrid count/cadence) and Hillbillies while we waited on a lost and found FNG
We split in 2 groups. One group took off on Indian Run back to small lot for 30 merkins OYO and plank hold. Second group dropped 30 merkins OYO, plank hold for the six and Indian Run back to small lot.
Station Set
Pax partnered up in groups of 2 for accountability partners. 4 stations around the parking lot as follows:
- 15 dips/bicep curls (weights and kettle bell provided)
- 20 standing underhand rows on inverted wheels/plank hold
- 15 count preacher chair/balls to the wall
- bear crawl out and back/air squats
Partners alternated exercises to each complete 3 full sets. Recover on the jog around outside of soccer fields, move to next station.
