Run to grassy area near the lake for 12 days of Christmas – diamond merkins x 1, wide grip merkins x 2, standard merkins x 3, CDD x 4, spider man merkins x 5, burpees x 6, squats x 7, single leg dead lift x 8 (4 each leg), jumping lunges x 9, LBCs x 10, American Hammer x 11, WWII situps x 12
