Did you run 5+ miles today?

The 8 Wolf Run PAX did, at a rapid clip and over hilly terrain, with two stops along the way for squat holds.  Myrtle Meter emoticons in no way cheapen what these PAX accomplished today.  Well done.  Great to have Getty out with us this morning and the return of Marley (maybe the Wolf Run Twitter handle will stop tagging him in all of its tweets???).  Swirley was hauling today and is clearly ready for that mile test on Tuesday.
