Here’s the skinny:

Meet in the parking lot. Run to back parking lot and warm up. 20X SSH, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers, Mountain Climbers. Partner up.

The Thang:

The loop will be from the corner of the pond to around the dojo and around the pond back to the start. Five stops. At the corner of the pond closest to the parking lot, the corner by the dojo, by the kite, the corner by the dojo and the bridge.

Three exercises total. First stop 15 partner merkins, second stop 15 dying cockroaches, third stop 15 sumo jump squats, fourth 15 partner merkins again, fifth dying cockroaches, etc.

As many loops as possible. COT up at the parking lot at 6:08.
