25 for ze judge this morning. Wanted to keep the format simple. Was reminded of a workout a year ago by Maize, but made a couple changes. Still proved to be miz.
The Thang:
Warm-Up Run on the Substitute Blue Loop and halt at the marble parking lot.
Merkins x 15, Good Mornings x 15, Imperial Walkers x 15
Partner Up at top of the amphitheater:
Partner 1 runs loop down path, around/behind the stage, through the sand trap, and up the metal stairwell.
Partner 2 performs AMRAP of the following: 4 Burpees, 4 WW2s, 4 Hand Release Merkins
Partner tags, repeat. After every rotation the count goes up by 2 for each exercise in the set.
At 6:13 we halted all exercising and reported to the marble parking lot.
MARY-
3-10 count low plank holds. 20 count of dying cockroaches. 1 minute of chill cut, with some 10 counts sprinkled in thanks to Cinderella.
MOLESKIN-
-3rd F dinner at healing transitions in may. The 29th?
-Man Ram’s son is starting an eagle scout project at the healing transitions
-Arena is still every Friday at 2:30 at healing transitions. 6-8 clients are regularly attending the workouts.

-Great set this morning. I can’t take credit for it, but i’ll take the credit for bringing it back. You can thank Maize for the format. I just changed a couple of the AMRAP exercises. Kept the burpees, which proved to be horrifying. I believe the most anyone made it to was 22 reps? VT either goes to Red Card/MBB or Denali/Pepe. Please sound off. Pleasure to lead a this site.
