15 men showed up in various layers that bordered on hysterical for 5.6 miles of running, hand release merkins, voice cracks, speeding Priuses (prii), burpees, squats, squat holds, and flutters.
– Start at the Starbucks/Panera at North Hills and knock out 20 SSH IC.
– Head down Six Forks to Coleridge and do 25 hand release merkins
– Keep going down six forks to some parking lot across from Valvoline for 25 flutters
– Intersection of Wake Forest and Six Forks for 25 hand release merkins
– Jay Walk
– The route got a little no-sidewalkish during this part. Google Maps wasn’t that detailed and I’m glad Ron Mexico is still with us.
– Intersection of Atlantic and Six Forks for 25 flutters
– There are all these condos at that intersection and at the top of this hill in between them all is a place I referred to as “The Grassy Knoll”. Some would call it a roundabout, they’d be wrong. We ran to that and did 25 burpees.
– We ran back approximating what we had done on the way out there.

Moleskin:
– Great group this morning. My car told me it was 23 degrees when I stepped out this morning; strong work from 15 guys to stiff-arm the fartsack.
– T-claps to all those who finished the OTC challenege and to Bob Villa for apparently being the Godfather of such things.
– The pax needed to cool it when it came to teasing YHC about his voice crack around Anderson. My teenage years have been filled with angst and it was unappreciated.
– Somebody please fill me in on what Less Nessman is.
Announcements:
– Haven House dinner last night was awesome. I was not expecting to be at a boxing match but had a ton of fun. I think collectively YHC, E-Trade, and Mr Bigglesworth handed out a couple of napkins, spaced out for various amounts of time looking at boxing equipment, cut some desserts into various portion sizes, and mostly talked about snap chat, but YHC got a lot out of going and seeing what it’s all about down there. Lots of guys and 2.0s were putting in work last night and they deserve some serious T-Claps, especially The Dude.
– Please make a point to get involved with Haven House, Neighbor to Neighbor, etc. Awesome organizations that seem right in F3s wheelhouse. http://www.n2noutreach.org/

– Custom GoRuck in the Spring; talk to Pepe.
– Little City Brewing for Holiday Party on Monday Night. Put your name on the excel sheet and bring cash, any profit from the event will be donated to the two causes mentioned above.
– There were others that I sped through because it was 23 degrees out there. Let those announcements be known in the comment section.
I’ve really enjoyed Tahoe, the pax, and the coffee in my two months of being an F3 Raleigh regular. Appreciate everyone coming out to be a part of it and getting the chance to Q.
