19 Pax posted to Cletus for what I believe is a record.  Cletus is going to need more fingers and toes to count the Pax if we grow any more

YHC was under the weather and was coughing and hacking through the workout so I apologize to the Pax and to FNG Princess Cut.  Normally the Q has his stuff together a little more.

Warm up with jog halfway around track.  25 side straddle hops, 10 good mornings, 20 imperial walkers

Round of three broke back merkins.  Partner up and each man does derkins with feet on other mans back while man holds plank position.  Jog in opposite directions around parking lot and meet back at starting point for another round of derkiins.  Three rounds

Over to fence for 20 count balls to wall and several ab exercises.  String of pearls variation where pax run half laps and first man to make it halfway turns back and collects pax along the way til they meet the last man.  Stop there and do round of exercises.  We did several rounds of this before moseying over to the shelter for some box jumps, derkins, dips, etc.
