Warm up with jog around the track, 30 side straddle hops, 20 imperial walkers, 10 good mornings, 20 mountain climbers, and 20 merkins

Mosey over to hill for bear crawl pyramid.  Bear crawl down hill, jog back up, plank, 20 merkins.  Bear crawl down and jog up two times, plank, 20 LBC.  Bear crawl down and jog up three times, plank, 20 reverse LBC.  Bear crawl and run back up two times and do an exercise that I’ve since forgotten.  Bear crawl and jog back up final time.

Jog down to baseball fields, split into two groups.  First group sprints from home to furthest point in outfield and back while second group does pull ups.  Switch.  Five sets of this with various exercises between sprints including pull ups, derkins, and dips

Jog back up to track for one 20 count of balls to wall and one 20 count of Russian Hammers
