The showing was very poor this morning at Cletus but none the less we were going to have some fun.

THE THANG

‘Circle of Pain’

The almost half mile track around the soccer turf fields would be where the fun begins. Mission is to complete the loop with some form of excercise without running or walking forward. Started at the point closet to restroom area with some lunges. Then got down for some forward crab walks. Next went into some broad jumps. Made it to the corner of the soccer fields. Next we partnered up for some wheelbarrows. Had a 10 sec count, PAX was winded. Got down on all fours for some bear crawls over to the white fence area. Time to head back up the other side with some more lunges. Down again for crab walks but this time backwards. More broad jumps up the side and then a 10 count. Almost there…Finished up with some squatted slides and then switched sides. Reminded me of HS Football practice. Finally completed the loop with some more bear crawls forward and then Moby requested we do backward bear crawls known as “crawl bear” up the hill follow the side walk. Nice one! We landed at the top shelter for a quick breather.

‘Picnic Time’

There were 4 picnic tables and 4 PAX so we each grabbed a spot. Using the seats, PAX did werkins, derkins, and dips.
REPS 20, 12, 8 OYO starting each round together.

‘Round Mary’

PAX took turns calling an AB exercise. 2 rounds, 10 count each, 80 total reps. In no particular order: LBCs, low slow flutter, 60 sec plank, windshield wipers, floppy bird, Rosalita, 2 others (can’t remember)

Name-a-rama (very short)

Announcements were Dog Days event happening tomorrow at Sugg Farm Park. Also, mark the calendar for 2nd F on Saturday November 7th at Womble Park. Details and signups will follow in the coming weeks.
