Christmas and New Year’s Day Workouts

This Christmas (Monday, 12/25/17) there will be no workouts.

But don’t fret! There will be one single convergence on 1/1/18, 0700, at Pullen Park in Raleigh. Leandro and Frey Daddy will warm us up together as a group and then split us into groups for a Happy New Year beat-down.
