Caveman or something: Go to the drainage pond, pick a rock, jog up the hill and over to the field then… Warm ups: 15x Good mornings, 10x fazio arms circles, 10x reverse.
Then the real deal: Pax lined up in a straight line, diamond plank start position on your rock, when Q calls “down”: diamond merkin then overhead throw your rock as far as your can and bear crawl back to it, plank until all Pax recover their rocks. Repeat 15x Switch rocks with a buddy.Repeat 15x.
After dropping our rocks back off at the drainage pond, bear crawl up the hill.
Line up at the top of the hill: plank position, when Q calls “up” merkin and touch your chest or clap your hands. (Up called 10x)
Jog to the pull bars: In groups of 4: 2x – Muscle ups or 1 arm assisted pull up or Pikes.
The rest of the group (V-up and hold, Putin, Sarkozy, Low Plank)
when all finished Run around the far bench circle up, 15x burpees.
2x pull ups in groups of 4 while rest of the group repeats (V-up and hold, Putin, Sarkozy, Low Plank)
when all finished Run around the far bench circle up, 10x squats
15x pull-ups same groups while the rest of the group holds plank position.
when all finished: jog to the field, circle up.
