A muggy Monday morning with light drizzle didn’t deter a Pax of 7 with 1 FNG from showing up to get stronger. Here is what went down:

  • Run to lower circle
  • Side Straddle Hop x 25 IC
  • Imperial Walker x 12 IC
  • Hillbilles x 12 IC
  • Mountain Climber x 25 IC
  • Standard Merkin x 25 IC
  • High Knee Up Downs x 10
  • Sprint back to upper lot and grab a cinder block
  • Dora 1,2,3 – 100 Squat Thrusts with block while partner runs to end of field and back.  200 kettle bell swings (with a block instead) while partner runs, 300 curls or tricep extensions while partner runs.  YHC had to call an audible to make the last 2 exercises 100 each in the essence of time.
  • Gather at wall – balls to the wall x 25 IC
  • Air Squared x 12 IC
  • Balls to the wall x 25 IC
  • Air Squared x 12 IC
  • Indian Run 2 laps around track, then spring short length of field and gather for Mary
  • LBC x 20 IC
  • Low Slow Flutter x 20 IC
  • Protractor
  • Plank-o-rama x 12 around the horn
