Run to the greenway for a quick warm-up…. IW x 15, GM x 15

Run down the greenway to the bridge…. Fazio arm circles L & R x 15, Merkins x 10

Run up to the entrance… burpees x 10 OYO

The Thang

Mosey down to the bottom of the gravel hill

11s – merkins and prisoner squats

Mosey up to the parking lot…. split into two groups

Burpees at each line up the parking lot to the baseball field

Head to left field just where the grass starts for a series of sprints and exercises….

Sprint to the fence & back x 1

plank walk right x 5, low plank hold, plank walk left x 5

Sprint to the fence & back x 2

swiss merkins x 10

Sprint to the fence & back x 3

chilcut x 10, chilcut peter parker x 10, plank jack x 10

Sprint to the fence & back x 4

Mosey back to the parking lot
