Mosey over to the dirt rings for warmup COP: SSH, IW, MC, Merkins, etc

Mosey down to base of the hill leading up to the beltline bridge.

Sprint to the top, and at the top do 5 pullups OYO to dead arm hang, 10x Dry Docks, 15x Squats, Mosey back to bottom.

Repeato 5 times.

Mosey back towards the museum to the fork in the greenway at the top of the hill.  Diamond Merkins 10x.

Mosey to bottom of hill by corn cob and grab a rock.  10x shoulder press, 10x bent row, 10x curls.

Mosey up to Dojo. 10x incline merkins, 20x L-R stepups.

Mosey up to old dock.  Mary: 20x Dolly, 20x Butterfly Situps
