The Judge is that delicious mexican place you go to every week even though it is brutal for you the next morning. No matter how much I get beat up at this work out I can never resist going back for the site, format, and beat down. Well Thursday Gloom is approaching, the format is there, the site is there, I just have to provide the beatdown.

Why 12 on a lot of these exercises you ask? While 10 is a great number I figured we can always push it another two reps.

Warm Up:

Mosey on over to the crossroads next to the Train Depot: SSH x 20, Good Mornings x 20, Mountain Climbers x 20.

THE THANG:

Partner up and start running toward the top of the grassy knoll. Top of hill do Bear Crawl/Lunge chasers going down. P1 does 5 merkins while P2 lunges down hill to path. P1 bear crawl chases P2. When P2 is caught P2 drops for merkins and Bear Crawl.

When at the bottom of hill on paved path do 12 partner derkins on back of partner. Flapjack.

Run over to mosh pit of amphitheater. 12 incline merkins, 12 dips, box jumps to top of theater.

Run to area between museum with the fancy pavement. 6 Burpees. (12 per team)

Run to entrance of greenway next to parking lot/COT spot. Get on your six for 20 Freddie Mercuries (double count).

Run to where we warmed up at the cross roads/train depot and do partner squats, 12 each with partner on back.

Repeato as many times as possible. Thinking four is plausible here but who knows.
