A PAX of 11 including one FNG (welcome SlumLord!) showed up for a serious running workout as BRR was just around the corner. YHC is so tricky, little did they know that I wasn’t planning a running workout at all! Let the deception begin:

At this point YHC realized that I chose poorly to not do a running workout as I was severely winded….months of running without boot camps….big mistake.
Repeated the above loops three times with many 10 counts for YHC. Recover on the run to the parking lot up the hill with a skip on the last 10 burpees (my watch said no time…seriously) for Mary:
