7 pax got out of bed thinking that YHC had some grand creative plan.  YHC took to heart the rule that “if you can’t do it, don’t Q it.”  That limited things significantly…

Anyway, 2 stout pax got some EC pullups prior and discussed the wisdom of Chachi doing the GoRuck Heavy, and the logistics of him impersonating YHC to save $100.

Back to the main event.

Warm up with some arm circles, hill billies, imperial walkers, and air squats.

Gimp jog up to the track.

Merkin pyramid 1-10, then back down again.

On to the forbidden grass, which I hear is a blend of Kentucky bluegrass and California sensimilla.  The beauty of it is that you can do 150 situps on it, then get stoned to the bejesus belt on the stuff afterwards.  Anyway, we did the 150 situps.

“Jog” to the deck for 200 air squats.

Mostly walk back to the grass (so nice by the way, it’s no wonder they want to keep knuckleheads like us off of it).  50 more situps.

Jog back to the start for 100 more air squats.

Ending here would have given us 100 merkins, 200 situps, and 300 air squats.  A far cry from my intention of doing 300 of each, but it had a certain charm to it.  We were 3 minutes short of the finish though.  Mary seemed excessive after the surprisingly difficult 200 situps.  So we did more merkins, 50 I think.
