Seventeen PAX enjoyed a romp around the block that borders Culbreth Middle School’s main and bus parking lots, followed by some bonus low-wall exercises.

Warm up:

– Side shuffle hop
– Imperial walkers
– Arm circles / reverse
– Windmill
– Willie Mays Hays

The thang:

Traverse the roads around the parking lots, one exercise per side:

– Lunge walk
– Bear crawl
– Partner carries (one PAX carries the other, both sprint back and swap)
– Fellowship jog to start

Second circuit:

– Bear crawl
– Partner carry
– Lunge walk

Jog to the wall for:

– Dips 25 count (x2)
– Jump ups 25 OYO (x2)
– Derkins 15 count
