Starting at 0520 laps were ran at a “faster than conversational pace” join us with a “smart watch” if you want to know how far and fast 😉
The Thang
PAX followed YHC for a warm up lap followed by SSH and Merkins.
A 10 min timer was set and it was follow the leader with yours truly leading the PAX through an agility ladder and multidirectional challenges with cones. One PAX had to make “unscheduled pit stop”, you know who you were and what you did.
After the timer gave us all sweet relief, PAX circled up on the trees for some TRX work.
Pyramid scheme workout, start with 5 reps, then 6, then 7….10 and then go back down.
The order:
- TRX rows
- TRX press
- TRX tricep extensions
- TRX curls
- TRX pistol squats or 2x regular squats
2 PAX made it to “8” on the return trip from the top before time was up.
