-Partner 1 – 10 pull-ups/25 LBCs Partner 2 – 10 merkins/burpees until your partners done. Two times through.
Mosey back to parking lot – 10 burpees OYO
-Paint the lines up and back #rulenumberonedon’tfall
-Bear crawl to first island (10 merkins), bear crawl to second island (10 LBCs), and bear crawl to last island (10 jumping lunges). Run around the loop back to the bottom of the incline and do it again.

-Compound W braved the non-elements to make it this morning. Good to see you. It doesn’t rain every Monday in Apex. It just feels that way.
-Franklin is a man of many degrees and career accolades. Unfortunately, he taught us this morning that “W” is the 22 letter of the English language. Swing and a miss. I’ve never heard counting in letters so that was pretty interesting to prove it is actually the 23 letter.
-Ended the work-out with a Mary exercise that Vector Victor called at Whiplash on Saturday morning. Let’s just say by boys are fully polished up after a few rounds of that exercise. #outlawedin10states
