21 PAX Gathered at Lourdes of Discipline on this cool Veterans Day morning. As the sun was coming up in the gloom, bear crawling the length of the soccer field for a 2nd time somehow made me think of what it must have been like crawling across no-man’s land in WWI. This thought was the only thing that could help me block out the incessant mumble chatter of the PAX.

The Thang:

Meet at Greenway entrance, offer disclaimer to PAX (including 2 FNGs – welcome!) and then run down Greenway to Kiwanis Park Soccer / LAX Field.

Circle Up for warm ups of SSH, Good Mornings and Imperial Walkers, 20 times each.

Stay in Circle and chop feet for burpies on Q’s count x 15 times.

Line up on end line of field. Q calls out an exercise and we run to mid-field for 10 reps, run to end line for 10 reps, run back to mid field for 10 reps, run to end line for 10 reps. Plank while we wait for group and then start next exercise.

Dry docks

Prisoner Squats

Monkey Humpers

Plank jacks

Plank crunches

Ski abs

And then to cap it off, bear crawl to each line with 10 star-jumps at the line.

Run back down greenway to entrance for closing with 25 LBC’s thrown in mid-way back.
