14 PAX showed up to Field of Dreams.  To YHC’s disappointment, Callahan was 3 minutes early, so my plans for a game of hide-and-seek were scratched.  PrE-workout discussions consisted of who had a cuter baby, Callahan or Sky Blue and the status of McCants foot injury.  I regretted to inform McCants that this workout may not help his foot recovery.  A lively crowd and no FNGs so we were off.

Warmup Run A lap around the parking lot to the turf fields and circle up for 20 SSH, 10 GM, 20 Plank-jacks, 10 IW, 20 Merkins.

The Thang Head to the shelter and grab a bench for IC 10 Irkins, IC 10 ALRSU, IC 10 derkins, and IC 10 T-bags.  Then repeato for that entire set.

 

To the roaD.  The plan is we are traveling all the way to the upper parking lot on the other side of the park.  Bear crawl to the first light pole, 5 hand release merkins, lungewalk to next light pole, 5 hand release merkins, run to next light pole, 5 hand release merkins, and REPEATO until you reach the top.  Total 4 cycles for the trip.

No tears of loneliness for YHC today thanks to McCants.  Once everyone arrives, line up across the parking lot.  We are running across the entire Wally-World siZed parking lot, stopping at each island for 5-10-15-20-25 merkins.  Then repeato for sumo squats, LBCs and star jumps.

Back to the road for the return trip to the basketball courts.  Run to light pole, 2 burpees, skip to next light pole, 2 burpees and REPEATO till you are back at the b-ball courts.
