Starting Monday off right at DETOX. 5 minutes of movement got us started. Then we dove right into a 2min on/20 second off cycle for 10 sets. Three stations consisted of AMRAP Dufflebag getups, Bulgarian Bag 10 Swings & 10 Squats, TRX 5 Rows & 5 Pushups. 2 minutes of rest(I’s and Y’s for shoulders) then right into the final sequence, tabata sets of pushups, American Hammers, Raise the Roofs.
Nothing else followed, nothing else was needed.
Praise was lifted up for a successful delivery of one of Labrat’s friends babies.
Prayers were sent up for Labrat and StovePipe and there M’s who are currently carrying new 2.0’s in their bellies.
