YHC had to take a morning off and Butt Joint stepped up to the plate.  Here is what happened:

Solid workout today:

  • 2 laps around track for warm up
  • Run to back parking lot near playground for:
  • 25 SSH 20 Arm Circles (10 forward / 10 backward)
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 20 plank jacks
  • Mosey over to playground for a little Murph action:
  • 5 pull-ups 10 merkins 15 squats
  • Rinse / repeat 10x
  • Run to tennis courts for:
  • B2W 20 Count
  • People’s chair 20 count
  • Rinse / repeat 3x
  • Bear Crawl up and down the entire width of tennis courts
  • Turkish Hammer – 20 reps
  • WWII’s – 20 reps
  • Plank-a-rama: each man calls a 20-count plank of his choice
  • Rinse and repeat 2x
  • Audible called to end at 5:40.
