YHC had to take a morning off and Butt Joint stepped up to the plate. Here is what happened:
Solid workout today:
- 2 laps around track for warm up
- Run to back parking lot near playground for:
- 25 SSH 20 Arm Circles (10 forward / 10 backward)
- 20 mountain climbers
- 20 plank jacks
- Mosey over to playground for a little Murph action:
- 5 pull-ups 10 merkins 15 squats
- Rinse / repeat 10x
- Run to tennis courts for:
- B2W 20 Count
- People’s chair 20 count
- Rinse / repeat 3x
- Bear Crawl up and down the entire width of tennis courts
- Turkish Hammer – 20 reps
- WWII’s – 20 reps
- Plank-a-rama: each man calls a 20-count plank of his choice
- Rinse and repeat 2x
- Audible called to end at 5:40.
