– Sign up for The Mule! Spots available until 5:59am on Saturday. Park in the NC State decks and be at Pullen Park for a 6am start. Great experience with yoiur brothers, the committee has worked hard to make this a great event. T-claps the the leaders.

– The first morning under 45 degrees in months, how soon we forget that in January we had single digits. Felt great out there, remember to dress for 10 degrees warmer as a general rule. Lots of steam in the air during the set in the shelter….need to find a better way to word the previous statement. #nomanlove

– We had a touch of chatter in the beginning, but that waned as time passed but no one had less to offer than FNG “John.” Slow to give his last name, when asked about interests nothing came to mind, not even a sports team, all in a low voice (Fungo tried his hardest). He arrived with the students so perhaps the decision to post was second guessed at 6:30 we went with Crescendo (needed spellcheck). Hope he comes back again with Shenene and Gains.

-Great to see Turkish Bath becoming a regular, I remember him getting the name at Ball Bearings in July 2013, how could one forget. Thought he was lost forever due to the label, but the pull of the gloom brought him back….eventually.

-T-claps to Au Pair & Fungo calling out YHC’s poor form working through the 3rd set of derkins with a #MMF moment, got it straightened out for the final one. That’s how we get better, well done. #ironsharpensiron

-A honor to be in the gloom with my brothers as always, this morning was a reminder to make it out for more Zero Hour workouts. Jaycee Park is a great location with a strong core of regular posters, try it out if you haven’t.

-The Cobbo Wabbo seasons are in peril and it’s not even the end of October. Thank you AJ Green, LeSean McCoy, & Pats D for the efforts…..as well as Chris Ivory for doing so well on the bench. Looking forward to the F3 league next fall.
