From Duff: Pax of F3 Raleigh – King’s Ridge (https://www.casanc.org/properties/kingsridge/) in east Raleigh near WakeMed is close to opening. This is a 100 unit affordable housing development which will ultimately provide permanent housing for 150 people moving out of homelessness in our community. Additionally, it will have support services such as medical clinics, case managers, tenant liaisons on-site. Dutch Boy’s M, Molly Painter, is one of the individuals who spearheaded this project and is now seeking volunteers to assemble furniture and stage units for incoming residents.
