17 men got out of bed Tuesday and headed down to Shelley Lake. I pulled in at 5:31 and we took off:
- Mosey to the top of the dam: SSH x20, Squats x10, Merkins x10
- Head down to the bottom of the hill: Jacob’s Ladder to 7 w/ Squat Jumps at the bottom and Burpees at the bottom.
- Random Mary exercises to catch your breath and wait for the six
- Mosey to the parking lot for the 3-man weave:
- Sprint to from the parking lot to the top of the dam,
- Mosey back down,
- 10 merkins, 10 squats and 10 LBCs until your trailing partner gets in
- Mosey back to the bottom of the hill. One final AYG to the top of the dam.

Moleskin:
- Great to be out for my first Q at True Grit. The PAX was kind enough to let me know I was running a little late.
- I didn’t want to get lost so we stayed within 50 yds of the parking lot the entire time. Mission accomplished.
- Great to have a couple of guys from out of town join in. Come back anytime.
- Great effort this morning. 3.3 miles of mostly hills. Solid Tuesday.
