Partner 1 jogs half the field, sprints second half. On the return, 20 stride Bear Crawl, then fast pace jog it in.
While Partner 1 is running, Partner 2 is working on the 300 squats, 200 ‘Mericans, and 100 WWII.
Switch positions and resume count until complete.
