Congratulations to those who completed the K2C challenge.
Prayers to F3 Matador whose wife is in labor with their second child.
Great closing prayer from Yoda.
It was a great group for my virgin Q. I spent a great deal of time planning what I thought to be a well-balanced workout (arms, legs, cardio). And there were things that I forgot – like saying the word “recover.” During my next Q, there will be time to “recover.”
Thank you to those who brought me to F3 initially. Thank you to those who have since become friends because of F3. And thank you to those who I see several times a week who keep me coming to F3. As much as I hate setting my alarm at night, I always enjoy my time spent in the gloom.
