Not sure if the weather this morning was a glimpse of spring on the horizon or somewhat of an anomaly, but the 50 degree morning had a PAX of 8 in a giddy mood as they rolled into Shelley Lake.  The mood changed quickly once they heard what was in store today:

Warmup:
SSH x 15
Good Mornings x 10
Windmill x 10

The Thang:

Head down the greenway path, partner up, each team grabs a rock and meets at the top of the damn hill for burpee partner chase around the ring of fire.  Partner A starts running clockwise around lake with the rock, Partner B does 5 burpees and runs after Partner.  Switch and repeato all the way around the lake, ending by the fence where we picked up the rocks.  When done, cycle through 10 merkins and 20 lbcs until all PAX arrive.  PAX made sure YHC was aware this would take a long time and the greenway distance is 2+ miles, but undeterred, we proceeded.  May have had enough time for a 2nd go round but decided to save that for another day.

Next up were some hill repeats.  Partner A runs from fence up the greenway path to where it splits, does 10 star jumps and returns.  Partner B with rock cycles through rock curls x 10, tricep extensions x 10 and rock thrusters x 10.  Switch and repeato til both partners run 3 times.

Return the rocks, leaving just enough time for a quick ascent up Shelley Road to North Hills Drive and back.

Head to the parking lot for a quick set of 7s, freddie mercurys and dying cockroach, for Mary and done.
