Warmup:
Lap around fields, SSH, Squats, Clappers, Mtn climber, Merkins, Slow merkins
The Thang:
10 one minute exercises to be performed in succession with no breaks. Exercises include football sprints, power jacks, log jump, merkins, jump lunges, power merkins, frog jumps, burpees
Recovery jog around fields
Lineup, cross field for 1 merkin and 1 WWII. Return for 2 merkins and 2 WWII’s. Keep going for 5 minutes increasing by one each time. The rabbits of the group got to 12 of each
Circle back up for a hand release merkin ladder up to 10. Damn, they are hard.
