13 Pax showed for YHC’s first day of RESPECT.
We went over the hill, turned down Wisdom street and stopped at the corners of Experience and Knowledge for a little warmup with SSH, mountain climbers, low plank hold with 5 ct around the pax, imp walker.
Head over the gates of respect to try and earn a little.
Fifty is not so filthy. Actually, fifty is the new 30. With some mental mosey by YHC, [the agility is waning], 80 is now the new 50. So 80 it was…. of each of the below exercises. OYO

Nearly all pax reached 80, some hit 90, and at least YHC hit 100 across each of the 8 exercises
Now closer to respect, we backed up the clock and moseyed back to the corner of experience and knowledge and returned with some youthful exhuberence as we gave it AYG up the hill, fast mosey to the gate then some more AYG “BILLY Run” to the senior center to pay our respects.
F3 is like a mentoring program. With newfound age and wisdom, YHC had the mentees [those pax that have not yet Q’d – RIO, Rustbelt, and Containment] close us out with some Mary.

Though not part of the lineup, Burt was just 60 LBC’s short.
Nearly all the pax completed the round of 80, several got to 90 ct, and at least one hit the 100 on all the exercises.

Since my involvement in F3, YHC besides hitting 50, the ultimate “F” word, is now off blood pressure meds, lost nearly 20 lbs, and has significantly lower cholesterol.
