11 Go-Getters posted this morning for a healthy dose of exercise. Since I spent the last week fartsacking and gaining 12 pounds like it’s thanksgiving, i thought it only fair to my muscles that we keep it slow and steady today.
We started with 10 minutes of agility work using a agility ladder and some cones.
From there we circled up for some warm-upĀ calisthenics, merkins, imperial walkers, fazio arm circles.
Then we went into a progression run/ exercise circuit. We ran a lap, progressively getting faster, then followed it up with some dips and merkins.
After a few laps we circled up for mary and attacked the abdominals like 1st and 2nd Ranger Battalion attacked Point Salinas in Grenada this same day in 1983.
