17 pax started their weeks off right with some pain.  Lots of mumblechatter about working out on Duke’s campus by some less-edumacated pax.  This was graciously ignored by the leadership.  Lesser men would have awarded penalty burpees.  5:32 on the nose…and we’re off!

This morning was billed to the pax as a Q school workout.  Several pax naively thought this meant a lighter workout…

Jog to the track for a warmup COP:
SSH, good mornings, arm circles, merkins, mountain climbers, overhead claps

Jog to K-ville for another COP:
Arm circles, low plank, SSH

It seemed fitting to do some Duke-related exercise, given the whining about the Duke smell (which, as has been documented in prior backblasts, is the smell of success)…so…enter the traveling Wojo.  A squat with a ground slap and then a broad jump.  Man-makers, if you ask YHC.  Did these to the first sidewalk.  Next some bear crawls with 5, 10, and then 15 merkins at each light pole.  There were probably some low plank holds and some Robin Venturas mixed in.

Hand off to Te’o and a light jog to the loading dock hill.
Sprint to the top, jog back down
Bear crawl to the top, jog back down
Partner carries to the top, jog down

Jog to the wall for derkins and BTTW

Jog back for some COT.  Strong prayer by Crockett.
