The Thang:
Goal was 10 rounds with Tyson. PAX start at bridge before big hill, make a stop halfway up the hill at the sign/painting, 10 reps of an exercise, continue to the top and at top, 10 reps of an exercise. Run back down the hill, make a stop halfway, 10 reps of an exercise, and run back to launch point. This equals 1 round.
1st round: 10 merkins
2nd round: 10 sumo jump squats
3rd round: 10 WW2s
4th round: 10 hand release merkins
5th round: 10 star jumps
6th round: 10- in cadence OYO count low slow flutters
7th round: 10 wide grip merkins- DNC
8th round: 10 monkey humpers- DNC
9th round: 10 butterfly sit ups- DNC
10th round: 10 burpees- DNC thankfully
We only got through round 6 due to time, and YHC didn’t think he would make it back to the top if we continued on. Can’t imagine completing the entire 10 rounds of this. In between each round at the bridge we did some plank holds, LBCs, and dying coackroaches. After the 6th round we did a 6 inch hold with a 10 count by each PAX member.
Fellowship jog up to the split that goes down to the rock pile. Chillcutt hold with a 10 count by each PAX member. Continued the jog back up to the Train Depot and arrived to the top of the grassy hill.
Mary:
Wendell Gee modified Jack Webb special-
WW2 and Reverse LBC were the two exercises. Started with 1 of each rep and increased our reps by 1 until time was called. Think we got to the 11 or 12 rep number and it hurt.
Naked Moleskin:
-Convergence for Labor Day weekend
-Prayers for a PAX member who has family member visiting town.
-Prayers for a PAX member who’s brother is over in Afghanistan serving our country.
Thanks to Mr. Bigglesworth taking us out in a good word of prayer.
Thoroughly enjoyed Qing this site this weekend. Preparing for an hour long workout was a little different. Loved using that hill. Very tough, but very a rewarding feeling after.
