Tomorrow morning we’ll get it going quick.  At 5:30, partner up in the parking lot with someone of similar speed and head to the loading dock for a short warm-up and survey of the landscape.

The Workout: the start/finish line is the top of the hill behind the wind machine/whirligig – and is roughly the same location as the warm-up.  At the start line, complete 20 burpees.  Run down the hill to the earthen rings – complete 20 jump lunges between the rings (20 each leg).  Continue on the paved path down the hill behind the dojo to the T-intersection with the unpaved trail and complete 20 Freddie Mercuries (20 each leg).  Take the unpaved trail further down the hill to the edge of the woods and complete 20 hand release merkins under the tree line.  Turn around and bust it back to the top stopping at the aforementioned stops to repeat said exercises (Freddie Mercuries, jump lunges and burpees at the top).  Rinse and repeat AMRAP style until YHC calls time.
