Having recovered from the Gideon that went past the buzzer last week and determined to perform along similar lines of exertion as the next challenge looms ever closer, YHC basically winged it.
Partner up, same height, line up together and head out of the parking lot towards the field with the pull up bars. Circle up at the field- warm-up: 10x windmills, 10x good morning, 10x mountain climbers, 20x merkins.
Main event: You are your partner (from before) get together with another pair: Centipedes 10sec holds. 4x. Start moving towards the opposite end of the field (2 lines = standard formation), Low crawl 60sec, Recover, Bear crawl 60 sec, Recover. Back on the trail (RoF) Rucks over head for the full length of the first bridge. Recover (= High pace march), double time (jog) to turn off. Line up: Plank, 20x merkin, Rucks over head- do a chest to overhead hold on an alternating count, 20x merkin, Resume formation march.
Upon reaching opposite corner turning back to shelley, Rucks over head 30sec, Recover, Indian Ruck (same as indian run) 5 min. Line up: Plank, 20x merkin, Skull crushers, 30x squats, 10x merkins, recover. Split into groups of 4 – 1 dies & carry. Rotate twice over 5 min span. 10 burpee penalty (formation split). Recover. Ruck down to the dock. 20x incline merkin, 20x skull crusher , 30x Flutter kicks, 30x LBC
In formation back up to the RoF. Double time when you reach the bottom of the hill up to the dam. Recover until 1st bench then in cadence lunge walk to next bench. Recover to decline off the dam. Bearcrawl down the hill. Recover to parking lot- circle up- 20x merkins and we’re done.
