  • run up path to small hill and backwards bear crawl to top
  • run to hamburger hill
  • 15 Merkins at base and 15 squats at top
  • Run to stone circle
  • 15 dips then 15 derkins
  • run to picnic shed
  • 15 box jumps
  • Run to middle of lower field
  • 15 butterfly situps
  • run back to start
  • repeato for 2.5 more circuits and finish with squats
