- run the loop around the water garden
- 10 burpees in the same spot
- run up path to small hill and backwards bear crawl to top
- run to hamburger hill
- 15 Merkins at base and 15 squats at top
- Run to stone circle
- 15 dips then 15 derkins
- run to picnic shed
- 15 box jumps
- Run to middle of lower field
- 15 butterfly situps
- run back to start
- repeato for 2.5 more circuits and finish with squats
