It was a tough day for Jacob’s Ladder especially when you have four FNGs.  13 PAX braved the humid conditions at The Falcon this morning.  We started with a mosey to the track.

As the track was taken by a few women walking, and as we did not want to scare them, YHC decided a Jacob’s Ladder was in order.  The PAX ran up the very long hill for 1 burpee and back down for 10 squats, then back up for 2 burpees and down for 9 squats.  We continued until we reached 10 burpees and a lot of sweat.

The PAX needed a rest after that so we sat on the wall for the peoples chair followed by balls to the wall.  and we repeated.  We then moseyed to the track for what was supposed to be the original plan for the day.  We ran the straightaway on the track, 20 merkins, turned the corner for 20 squats, straight away for 15 high knees, and then finished with 10 merkin climbers.  That was all we could handle for the day.  Back to the parking lot for Mary and Assisi several plank positions for the group.
