9 PAX members took on the Judge this week. It was hard. That’s the point!
Let’s see what they did:
– Ran the mile – Hot mosey
– Recoil and Repeat stations (like a suicide, per Vector Victor, but with a bunch of additional running);
– Ran about 3 miles;
– 5 sets which totaled – 60 derkins/60 LBS, 50 sumo jump squats, 50 burpees
– Ran back to the parking lot – .5 miles.
