After a two week hiatus, the customary pre-blast for tomorrow’s Judge! returns.  Here is what we are going to do, borrowing an out/back concept from our friends at Endorphin (i.e. go as far as you can go in 20 minutes then turn around).  If you are reading this, wear a watch.  The course is as follows:

10 burpees at upper parking lot.  Run to….

Loading dock.  On the loading area, 20 merkin/20 squat/20 2-count Freddies.  Run the loop towards the 440 bridge, to……

The fork in the path (where a left turn takes you to the rock pile and up to the Dojo) for 20 wide merkins/20 squat/20 2-count Freddies.  DON’T turn left, DO run down the hill towards the 440 bridge to…

The Two Bridges:  10 Burpees at each bridge.  Run up the hill to…..

440 Bridge:  10 pull-ups/20 derkins/20 2-count Freddies.  Bear crawl/crab walk (alternating as you please) across the bridge.  Once at the other side, repeat the 10 pull-up/20 derkin/20 2 count Freddies.  Run down the Copperhead hill to:

The Bottom of the Hill:  10 burpees.  If you get this far, congratulations!

Stop wherever you are at the 20 minute mark, turn around, and complete the set in reverse until you get back to the parking lot and complete 10 burpees.  If all goes well, we should all arrive sort of together and have a couple of minutes for Mary.
