This AM, YHC left to meet MR Hand for a pre Ball Bearings 5k and forgot a shirt on the way out the door. As to be expected, Au Pair’s disgust was visible when YHC and Mr Hand returned from the early run. It’s hot; don’t care.

– Strong work by all this morning, it was hot, all were drenched by the end. Mumble chatter was rarely heard throughout.
– For at least the rest of the summer there will be an early 5K option beginning at 5:15. All are encouraged to attend, especially BRR runners or anyone looking to be pushed.

– YHC’s message was to focus on Hydration going forward though the summer. This heat takes a lot out of you, commit to staying properly fueled and hydrated.
– Prayers requested for YHC’s supervisor as she deals with a 2nd bout with breast cancer.
